Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just select the email mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
